Food labels, nutrition labels, nutrition and health-related (c.d. nutrition and health claims), advertising and more generally any type of consumer information relating to foods and beverages is subject to continuous development. With regard to the existing labeling, the audit work – in order to be compliant with Italian, European regulations as well as foreign regulations – where the goods are intended to go – may be preceded by an audit at the Client’ s quarters, in order to assess the ' state of art' and to plan subsequent interventions.
