Labeling, workshop in Salerno

The workshop 'Labeling of food products takes place in Angri, Salerno, on 15 June 2018. Rules, controls and sanctions'. The training day is organized by Agrosistemi in collaboration with Greenyard and is aimed at all figures operating in the agri-food sector, managers, quality managers, consultants and professionals.

The appointment is for 9 am in piazza Doria 8. After an introductory speech by dr. Michele Grimaldi and dr. Giovanni Glioti, the workshop begins, which lasts until 17pm.

The speaker is the lawyer Dario Dongo, Ph.D. In European Food Law and founder of DO - Food & Agriculture Requirements e GIFT - Great Italian Food Trade. The arguments pertain to the whole substantial subject of food labeling:

- Commercial fraud,

- EU Reg. 1169/11, consumer information on food products,

- EC Reg. 1924/06 and subsequent, nutritional and health claims relating to food,

- Legislative Decree 231/17 and 27/12, implementing in Italy and sanctions for violations of the aforementioned rules,

- EU Reg. 2017/625, official public controls on food safety.

The round table, from 16 to 17 pm, the event ends.
