Labeling and consumer information

Labelling

Food labels, nutrition labels, nutrition and health-related (c.d. nutrition and health claims), advertising and more generally any type of consumer information relating to foods and beverages is subject to continuous development. To corporate initiatives – such as the development of new products and trade policies – the constant updating of rules, their application and interpretation in different institutional and territorial environments, inside and outside the European Union are added.

In these areas, the advice of FARE includes the study and design of new labels compliant to law, in connection with quality and marketing services or foreign commercial relations of the client. Based on the product data sheets and commercial needs, after an analysis of the technical ingredient sheets and of the analytical data,  the range of opportunities available to build transparent, effective and correct information is processed.

With regard to the existing labeling, the audit work – in order to be compliant with Italian, European regulations as well as  foreign regulations – where the goods are intended to go – may be preceded by an audit at the Client’s quarters, in order to assess the 'state of art' and to plan subsequent interventions. On the basis of the marketing logics and potentials, in agreement with the relevant company functions.

Never forgetting the due verification of compliance of all forms of communication relating to the company and its products, including brochures, websites and social networks.
